You have just stepped into the world of action! The entire genre of PC action games is waiting to be discovered in one category. Our store contains thousands of adrenaline-pumping productions. All you have to do is take a moment to search for them. Action games are probably the largest and most extensive family of video games. It includes the vast majority of computer titles. It’s also the most general, and we can’t hide the fact that it’s a little hard to keep track of. You’ll find shooters, adventures, platformers, and much more. However, it has become common to think of action games as productions in which the player controls a character from behind, i.e. with a 3rd-person camera.
As you can easily see, this includes productions such as Assassin’s Creed, Dark Souls, and Monster Hunter. Positions overflowing with action precisely, but not so complex as to immediately appoint them as full-fledged RPGs. Often, however, the two are intertwined. The whole genre is therefore difficult to define. However, a quick look at our action RPGs is enough to see the common denominator. They are united by similar gameplay. Not too difficult, easy to digest. They are very narrative and thus allow for a cinematic experience. Games in the action genre tend to be the most popular. Whether they offer a single player experience or perhaps focus on the online aspect.

They are also simply a lot of fun and an enjoyable adventure, sometimes full of reflection, catharsis, and unforgettable experiences. Completing more missions is fun. Online duels with other players are part of the competition. Very often there is also a cooperative aspect. Defending against waves of zombies, solving puzzles, and all other activities bring players together and practice communication. You can find all this in this category!
The main problem is finding the right title. Do you prefer to play a good story campaign? Or do you prefer a multiplayer mode? Sometimes the most important thing is a well-balanced combat system, while for others it is the action of the game itself that counts, which can take place, for example, during World War II. The universe is also important. Many people (including us!) explode at the thought of a new game set in the world of Star Wars or Lord of the Rings. The hallmark of modern action games is a big budget. Creating a full-fledged AAA game means many hours of motion capture sessions, soundtrack, etc. It is not easy to design all this, which is why these games cost tens (sometimes hundreds) of millions of dollars. The best example is Red Dead Redemption II (over $500 million). Of course, it’s not only big games that people live from, and independent developers add their bricks in the form of indie action games. Everyone can make their own ranking of favorite games (which we encourage!), but we personally love Dying Light 2 or AC: Valhalla, for example.
