In Plague Tale: Innocence the main character is Amicia, a young noblewoman who, as a result of dramatic events, is left alone with her younger brother. As it soon turns out, the boy is sick and is also being pursued by the Inquisition. Every member of the Inquisition is a deadly threat. Ba, even France overrun by the Black Death is a dangerous place, full of rats of course! How will the plot end? We encourage you to find out! Nevertheless, the game is delightful and simply gorgeous, with more mysteries piling up for miles!

These are truly cinematic experiences that focus on the story as such. Not so much gameplay in the general sense of the word. There’s a lot of running, exploring, interacting, cinematic cutscenes, and QTE sequences. The former come from the creators of The Dark Pictures and The Quarry series, among others.

These are strong games, obviously approaching horror movies. Here we play the role of a teenager trying to survive in an environment full of unexplained circumstances. But the drama! Of course, everything wants to kill you there…. However, not every gamer has to love this kind of fear, and this is where studio Quantic Dream comes to the rescue. The creators of Heavy Rain, Detroit: Become Human and Beyond: Two Souls are masters at telling compelling and thought-provoking stories.
