This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and may include associated media, printed materials and "online" or electronic documentation (collectively, "Software" or "Software Product"). By installing, copying, downloading, accessing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the Software. The Software is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The Software is licensed, not sold. Capitalized terms used in this EULA are defined as follows: "Updates" means all subsequent public releases of software, including public beta releases, maintenance releases, bug fixes, updates, upgrades, enhancements, additions, improvements, enhancements, extensions, modifications and successor releases. Limitations on reverse engineering, decompilation and disassembly. You may not reverse engineer, decompile and disassemble the Software, including protocols associated with the Software, except and only to the extent such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation. No Alterations. You may not alter any component of the Software, including but not limited to the runtime environment, including but not limited to registry settings. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS: Transfer. You may not transfer your rights under this EULA to any third party. Rental. You may not rent, lease or lend the Software. Trademarks. This EULA does not grant you any rights in connection with any trademarks or service marks of EULA Softworks. Termination. Without prejudice to any other rights, EULA Softworks may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the Software. Updates and Successor Releases. EULA Softworks may, at its option, make updates and/or successor versions of the Software. EULA Softworks may make non-beta versions of such updates and/or successor versions of the Software ("Updates") available in accordance with the terms of this Agreement or, in EULA Softworks' sole discretion, EULA Softworks may condition the release of such Updates upon your acceptance of another EULA or other execution of a separate agreement Support Services. EULA Softworks may provide, but is not obligated to provide, technical or other support ("Support Services") for the Software. Any supplemental software code provided to you as part of the Support Services will be considered part of the Software and will be subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA. With respect to technical information you provide to EULA Softworks as part of the Support Services, EULA Softworks may use such information for its business purposes, including product support and development. EULA Softworks will not use such technical information in a form that personally identifies you. All title and intellectual property rights in and to the Software (including, without limitation, images, photographs, photographs, animations, video, audio, music, text and applets incorporated in the Software), and any Updates thereto, and any copies that you are authorized to make hereunder are owned by EULA Softworks or its suppliers. All title and intellectual property rights in and to the Content accessible through use of the Software are owned by the respective Content owner and may be protected by applicable copyright or other intellectual property laws and treaties. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by EULA Softworks.
