The plot of the game

In the game we take on the role of a descendant of an ancient family of space merchants and explorers who, at the behest of the Emperor, explore distant regions of the galaxy in order to expand the borders of the human empire. The efficient execution of these tasks is made possible by a special document granted by the monarch to the entire family, giving them almost unlimited freedom of action.

During the campaign, we travel in a spaceship, bringing the worlds we encounter into the merchants’ sphere of influence or robbing them of valuable resources. During the expeditions, you will encounter the forces of Chaos and numerous alien races.

Game Mechanics

Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader is the first ever classic role-playing game licensed under the Warhammer franchise. During gameplay we take command of a team of heroes, develop their stats and complete quests.

Tactical battles, fought in a turn-based system, play a key role in the game. Victory in these battles requires the careful use of each character’s unique abilities.

An added bonus is the extensive campaign storyline, which is largely determined by your own choices.
